GENERALS:

Materials

• 2 glasses of flour
• 1.5 glass of milk
• 4 coffee-spoonfuls of baking powder
• 1 coffee-spoonful of salt
• 2.5 spoonfuls of sugar
• 2 eggs (yolk and white separated)
• 2 spoonfuls of butter


STEPS:


Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a bowl. Put the milk and the egg yolk in another bowl and mix them well. Melt and cool the butter. Add the butter to the mixture of egg yolk and milk. Add to this the other mixture of flour, baking powder and sugar, and whip them well with an electric mixer. Whip the egg white in another bowl until it becomes a snowy cream. Slowly add this to the other mixture with a spoon and stir. Heat up your waffle machine, pour a thin layer and bake. Serve with a jam of your choice.
