GENERAL:
Materials
• 100 grams of pistachio nut tahini halva (traditional Turkish halva made of sesame paste with nuts and cereals, can be purchased at grocery stores)
• 1 kg. milk
• Half a glass of sugar
• 1 lemon peel grated
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 spoonful of rice flour
• 2 spoonfuls of starch
• 1 spoonful of flour
• Half a package of vanilla

STEPS:
Put the milk, egg yolk and sugar in a pot and mix them well. Add the flour, starch and the rice flour. Mix until it is completely homogeneous and start cooking. Cook stirring, until it thickens and bubbles appear. Remove it from the stove and add the vanilla and the grated lemon peel. Add the crushed halva and mix well with an electric mixer. Pour it into bows. Refrigerate for one night. Dress it with crushed pistachio nuts and serve.
