STEPS:
Spread dough sheet on the kitchen counter. Butter it well by dropping 1.5 spoonful of melted butter all over, or spread the butter with a brush. Spread the second sheet of dough on top of this and butter it again with the remaining butter.
Crush the tahini halva in a bowl using a fork, add the crushed walnuts and mix them well. Then spread this mixture over the dough sheet. Fold the dough sheet over itself, so that the edges meet, like an envelope. Cut it diagonally, so as to make four triangular pieces. Roast these on a Teflon pan without oil. Butter them while still hot, this will not only give them a shin look but also will make them softer and tastier. As a dressing, you can mix one spoonful of cacao and one spoonful of powdered sugar and sprinkle this over the pieces. You can then serve the dessert. It will enhance the appetite to serve it in the company of fresh fruit, strawberries and slices of pear, or a scoop of ice cream.
