Established in 1974, our firm has facilitated movement in its region by producing tahini (sesame seed paste) and tahini-based halva which are our traditional delights. It has developed in the course of time and increased its production areas to 22,000 m2 and also expanded its capacity and quality through technological investments.
Our firm became a part of Ascilar A.S., which is the most powerful group in the region, in 2004 and started spreading all over the country. it has so far assumed an important duty in promoting our traditional delights abroad through the export department founded in a very short time.
It has always fulfilled the requirements of iso 9001:2000 and iso 22000 systems thanks to its quality-based understanding.
It now provides service in its current facilities with industrial sesame, tahini, tahini-based halva, molasses, hazelnut cream, jam, marmalade and sorts of vegetable oil. All products are produced with an infrastructure that meets today’s technological requirements and combines modern and traditional methods.
Sesame and tahini processes are realized and controlled by automated systems from the raw materials’ warehouse to final products’ packaging. Tahini roasting owen is plc-controlled and has a significant role in the product’s quality standard.
Halva process is executed with totally stainless equipment, and products are packaged by automatic vacuum packaging and flowpack packaging machines.
Machines and equipment used in hazelnut cream production are all made of stainless materials. Tempering and cold room applications are carefully handled resulting in higher quality of the final product.
Jam is prepared by pasteurizing after cooking in vacuum boilers with steam systems that prevent crushing and decaying of fruit. It is filled by automatic machines and packed after passing from the cold water shocking tunnel.
In the production of oil, refined oil is stored in stainless tanks, filled by automatic machines without human touch and submitted to shipment.
Thanks to the physical-chemical and microbiology laboratories equipped in the best available way, analyses of both raw materials and final products are made delicately. Joint studies with accredited laboratories of the ministry of agriculture, tubitak, private laboratories and university laboratories are conducted, and even the slightest points are checked with advanced surveys.
